Situation:
A major pharmaceutical company wanted a better way to manage its best
talent, so that succession planning was more efficient, and the relevant information
was at hand when required. They had a number of very sophisticated systems to get
the information, but it was not available in one easy format.
Target:
To create a simple,
manageable tool that senior management could use to manage succession / planning.
Solution:
Phil
created a succession tool which compiled information from a number of different sources
with automatic updates when required, and automatic report generation. This was en
excel based tool, and Phil provided full training and support. The end result was
that this tool is now used globally.
